We try to make returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free...

At FLAGS.US, we take pride in our products and we emphasize quality control throughout the fulfillment and shipping process. If, however, you receive a product that is broken or defective, please let us know right away so that we can send you a replacement and an apology.

If you receive an item and change your mind about wanting the item, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt as long as it is in original and unused condition. Sorry, made-to-order items, car flags, stick flags, flagpoles over 12' and items tied to particular events (ie: sports flags) are not returnable.

You can log into your account to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

Shipping/handling is not refundable and returns incur a 20% restocking fee to cover processing costs. Outbound shipping costs are charged on returned orders that were shipped free.

When returning a product to us, please use a self-funded method of shipping that will ensure delivery confirmation as we can't be responsible for lost packages. Your credit card will be promptly credited once we receive the item back and inspect it. We'll email you to confirm your refund.

Customers who provide us with incorrect shipping information and whose merchandise is returned as "undeliverable" must pay a re-shipping charge if the item is returned to us and you ask that it be re-sent to you.

Returned or "bounced" checks will result in a bank fee, which is payable only through money order or certified check.

We remind our customers during the online check-out process, receipts and via our packing slips that charges associated with your purchases at FLAGS.US will appear under the name "Precision Marketing Solutions, Inc.," our parent company. If you do not recognize these charges when your bill comes in and dispute the charges without calling us, you will be responsible for the bank fee we are assessed for this action.
